He took his time to diagnose our problem and proposed getting the job done immediately. We had a family friend do the work suggested as it wasn't immediately related to plumbing, rather our well. They have never let me down, prompt, professional, fabulous in emergency situations..and honest..(I accidentally over paid them for a lovely job installing a sink base, sink ,counter top)..that check was redeposited to my account ASAP..!!Never had to call..LOL I enjoy the security and comfort of getting excellent service when I need it.!! When Steve came to my house, he already had a replacement pump ready to install. In less than an hour, my basement was dry and my new pump was installed! I was very impressed with Steve's efficient work and professional attitude. Responded very quickly to an emergency call on a Sunday and was able to diagnose and fix the problem by the next day. Very fair and considerate in pricing. I did this with Advance, and was so pleased to see that every positive comment I read here was true. They were able to fit me in on the same day I called and even called later that day let me know exactly when to expect the plumber. When he arrived, he was so personable, efficient and honest. Name: Anne From: WH E-mail: amckernan@crec.org	I have a bathroom circa 1931 with original fixtures. Now I have a leaky shower and need help. It might need a new washer or perhaps valve and washer. I also need a new valve stem and or extension for the hot water bath controls. The tub/shower has five controls altogether (hot-shower, cold-shower, hot-bathtub, cold-bathtub, and waste/drain control).
